Job Title: Advertising Sales Representative
Location: Remote ( Only Dallas, Cleveland, Detroit, and Chicago candidates will be considered
Report To: Marketing Department
Hours Required: Part Time, Commission-Only Position
Position Overview:
The Advertising Sales Representative is responsible for driving advertising revenue through the sale of in-center physical banners, field board ads, and digital display advertising. This commission-only role combines relationship-building, local market knowledge, and sales execution to develop lasting advertising partnerships that enhance TOCA’s community presence.
Your Game Plan:
Prospecting amp; Partnership Development (50%)
  • Identify, research, and engage potential advertisers within assigned markets.
  • Conduct digital meetings and in-person visits to present advertising opportunities.
  • Showcase available ad space and communicate the value of advertising with TOCA.
Sales amp; Contract Management (35%)
  • Present, negotiate, and close annual advertising contracts.
  • Manage renewals, upsells, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
  • Track all communication and contracts accurately to ensure seamless client service.

Collaboration amp; Support (15%)
  • Work closely with TOCA’s Marketing and Facilities teams to coordinate ad placements.
  • Ensure advertising content aligns with TOCA’s brand and visual standards.
  • Provide insights and feedback to strengthen TOCA’s local visibility and partnerships.

What You Bring to the Pitch:
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, advertising, or sponsorship (sports or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Proven ability to build lasting partnerships and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Must live in and understand the assigned market.
  • Flexibility to meet clients both digitally and in person.
  • Passion for sales, sports, and community engagement.

Compensation amp; Benefits:
Commission Structure:
• New Annual Contracts: 20% commission on total contract value (paid at time of client payment).
• Split Payments: Commissions paid proportionally as payments are received.
• Renewals/Re-signs: 10% commission on renewed contract value.
• Uncapped earning potential, with commissions paid monthly following receipt of client payment.
