Job Purpose & Scope
The Junior Sales Executive is responsible for supporting revenue generation and account development activities within a defined territory of the United States. This role partners with senior sales representatives to manage assigned client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The Junior Sales Executive acts as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to drive business growth and deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets through client retention, account expansion, and acquisition of new customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Prepare and execute account plans to support pipeline development and territory growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing client engagement.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and integration of products, services, and solutions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and issues to maintain strong relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.
  • Understand client priorities and develop value propositions aligned with their business objectives.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to promote retention and repeat business.
  • Support renewals and upselling initiatives by identifying incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure all sales and service activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Travel Requirement: As business needs dictate, typically 30%

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in data-driven or technology-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience selling and ensuring customer success with data services and/or technology solutions
