Job Summary: The Teams Performance Program Manageris responsible forthe overall success of the training and conditioningrequiredto support all Team athletes. This position is accountable for the development, coordination,communicationand management of the Sports Performance Program for all Teams. It is the primary communication point forthe supportingstrategic partnerships, as well as providing the supporting elements of competitive winter sports thatincludesphysiology, biomechanics, dietetics, health and wellness, and data andanalytics.

Salaried:
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
Base salary range: $67,082 - $93,914 per year

Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned:
Quality Assurance:
Accountableforcreating a positiveand welcomingenvironment in whichallconditioning, strength,health & wellness, nutrition, and sportpsychologyprogrammingisperformed.
Expanded knowledge in sport science disciplines, particularly strength and conditioning with required networking, coordination, and implementation of dietetic and sport psychology,return to sport and other athlete health programs
Proactively manage the Sports Performance Program and athlete development including goal setting, feedback on performance, annual reviews, etc.
Ensure (year-round) individual athlete and age class/discipline management programs are developed,implementedandmaintainedin clear communication with the age class anddisciplinemanagers, athletes, head coaches,and managers and directors.
Stay current on guest and employee health and safety regulations, including MSDS standards, universal precautions, background checks, emergency evacuation, lightning procedures, etc.

Competencies and Job Requirements:
Fluent in reading,writing,and communicating in English
Efficient knowledge of the following Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel and Word
Efficient use of mobile and desktop applications for athlete management and performance tracking
Education and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelors degree or higher in relevant field
- NSCA CSCS or NASM CPT (GPT)
- Strength and conditioning coachorsimilar athletictrainingmanagement
- Experience working with complex teams/programs
- US Ski & Snowboard Alpine Coach 100 certification required upon hiring
Preferred:
- Master's degree
- PSIA/AASI certification
- Certified Athletic Trainer or Athletic Program Manager/Director
- Coaching youth athletes or teaching background
- Competitive Skiing/Snowboarding background (athlete or coach)

While performing the duties of this job, the employeeis regularly required towalk, talk, see, hear, and ski/snowboard. Must be capable of standing and/or balancing forlong periodsof time, up to 90% or more of a normal work shift. Must be capable offrequentlyor constantly balancing, reaching, squatting, bending, kneeling, stooping, handling, twisting. Must be capable of occasionally carrying, lifting,pushingor pulling up to 75bs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depthperceptionsand the ability to adjust focus.
Indoor/Outdoor: While performing the duties of this job, the employee willfrequentlybe exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee mayencounterextreme winter cold and blizzard conditions.
