About the Role:
Join Soccer Shots - Greater Atlanta as a Sales Associate, where you'll play a vital role in promoting our youth soccer programs. We are passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives through sports, and we're looking for an enthusiastic team member to help us grow our community outreach and sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers to promote Soccer Shots programs and benefits.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer interactions within our lead list. .
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for youth sports and child development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive tools.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Ability to manage one's time well.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Compensation:
  • This job is commission based. Each school that is landed and a season with ample children is launched, you will receive $400. This job allows you to get as much as you want based on how well you do.
