What You'll Do: Ignite the Fire
Coach with unstoppable energy: Lead one-on-one sessions only with hype music, loud motivation, perfect sport-specific cues, and seamless transitions tailored to football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, or track & field.
Team up: Join staff meetings, education sessions, and program development while keeping our facility pristine and championship-ready.
Inspire daily: Build an electrifying atmosphere, customize every workout to the athlete's sport and goals, minimize injury risk, and help athletes crush their personal bests.
Own assessments: Conduct First Training Assessments, set big sport-specific goals, and foster relationships that drive long-term retention.
Maintain excellence: Provide feedback to uphold D1's world-class standards.

Responsibilities
Foster a motivating 1-on-1 environment, maximize retention with top-tier service, adapt movements safely to each sport, prioritize perfect technique, and reduce injury risk-all while delivering personalized training for football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, or track & field athletes.
What You Bring to the Team
Certifications (Required): AED/CPR/First Aid + at least one of: NSCA-CSCS, NSCA-CPT, NASM-CPT/PES, USAW-Level 1. Level 1 Certified the D1 Way.
Experience: 1+ year in strength & conditioning, sport-specific training, or personal training (group or team experience is a plus, but this role is 1-on-1 only).
Education: Bachelor's in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
You: High-energy, extroverted leader passionate about training athletes in football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, or track & field. Expert in strength, speed, agility, position-specific skills, and nutrition. Team player who adapts, organizes, and thrives on a flexible schedule based on client needs-typically evenings and weekends.

Coach Compensation Structure
1-on-1 Sport-Specific Training Only: $25 per one-on-one session which is an hour expectation
Flexible schedule based entirely on client needs, primarily evenings and weekends.
