Description

Apple's Sports Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join the team. This role will heavily help drive the development of marketing strategy and end-to-end execution of campaigns that build awareness, growth and engagement for the Apple Sports App.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in sports marketing, entertainment, or digital media, with a proven record of leading high-impact sports marketing initiatives and driving user growth, engagement, and retention for consumer-facing digital/mobile products.
  • Expertise in developing and executing integrated, insight-driven marketing campaigns — from brand strategy through full-funnel activation — with exceptional storytelling that connects creative ideas to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in navigating app discoverability and product marketing mechanics, optimizing the user journey from initial search to download, and leveraging lifecycle messaging to seamlessly transition off-platform intent into the core Apple Sports experience.
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and translating data and insights into actionable marketing strategies and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep passion for sports, technology, and media, with a strong understanding of sports culture, fan behavior, and emerging consumer trends; proven ability to adapt creative and messaging across diverse regions and markets.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment — integrating marketing, product, and business priorities while putting the Apple user at the center of every decision to ensure each experience feels distinctly Apple.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; able to foster strong partnerships across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
