Job description

Take the lead on complex, high-profile Sports and Entertainment projects where mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems are at the core of success. As an MEP Senior Project Manager, you’ll drive projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating multi-trade teams, ensuring code compliance, and delivering on tight schedules. Your problem-solving and leadership skills will be key to integrating designs, managing subcontractors, and mentoring the next generation of project professionals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing MEP systems on large-scale construction projects
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience managing MEP systems on large, complex construction projects
  • Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines
  • Experience with fast-paced, high-expectation projects; Sports & Entertainment arenas/stadiums preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously
