men's and boys' hair salon. This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who
enjoys coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high-
quality customer experience.
As Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and develop stylists, and
create a positive, team-focused salon culture while running the business with
confidence and integrity.
Managers typically earn $30 - $65 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and performance
