Job description

What You’ll Do:

· Assemble high-performance, customized sports and everyday wheelchairs

· Use power tools and precision equipment to create reliable, functional products

· Track and manage inventory, report low levels

· Maintain a clean, organized workspace

· Lift materials up to 50 lbs

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality and speed matter

What You Bring:

· Experience using power tools or working in manufacturing

· Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

· Comfortable lifting and standing throughout the day

· A collaborative mindset and reliability

· Bonus: Experience in adaptive sports or mobility products

Required Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar hands-on role

· Basic mechanical knowledge and tool handling skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

· Technical school certification or vocational training in a related field

· Experience in adaptive equipment, wheelchair production, or precision fabrication

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Physical Demands:

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

· Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift

· Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for small-part assembly

· Comfortable working with power tools and in a moderately loud environment
