Position Overview

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for sorting, packing, and shipping sports card orders with exceptional accuracy. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards while working efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Accurately sort, pack, and ship customer orders from live sports card breaks.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure every shipment is complete and error-free.
  • Print shipping labels, update tracking information, and resolve shipping discrepancies.
  • Ensure shipments valued over $500 include signature confirmation and appropriate insurance.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient shipping workspace.
  • Assist with inventory organization and restocking shipping supplies.
  • Meet company shipping deadlines by ensuring all orders are shipped within 48 hours of the live break.
  • Collaborate with breakers, co-hosts, customer service, and leadership to resolve fulfillment issues.
  • Follow all company fulfillment procedures, inventory controls, and shipping policies.


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Google Sheets, shipping software, and label printing.
  • Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, or order packing is preferred.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Interest in sports, sports cards, Pokémon, or collectibles is a plus.
