•    Take action on any high touch artist outreach needed; either directly with artists or with support from customer support.
•    Lead marketing strategy and calendar in combination for both customer segments: fabric consumer and wholesale customer. Execute content collection and development as needed to meet category plans.

Product / Design Performance – Analysis & Insights
•    Analyze product and design performance across key KPI’s - customer count, engagement, conversion, AOV, ASP, unit demand, revenue

•    Develop framework for design lifecycle management (launch, evaluate, scale, optimize, retire).
In-Season Execution and Oversight
•    Execute promotion setup and governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems (contentful, commerce tools, admin, etc)
•    Maintain accountability for product data integrity and taxonomy across systems – both consumer facing and internal facing.
•    Seek accountability for design data integrity and taxonomy – enabling effective filtering, search, and discoverability.
•    Act as an owner- being the central point of connection between merchandising, growth marketing, ecom, creative, customer support and data teams.
•    Provide input on priorities and workload, ensuring efficient focus, time, and execution is prioritized on defined business goals.
•    Ability to win as a team – proactive outreach and support to high value customers as needed.
Success will be measured by evaluating
•    Revenue per product and design growth and trendlines
•    % of assortment driving 50/70% of revenue
•    Trend prediction hit rate - #/% of preseason-identified trends/themes that become top revenue drivers over time.
•    Accuracy of in-season execution, with emphasis on promo setup accuracy and ability to meet cross functional timeline deliverables.
•    Clear and communicated data-backed preseason merchandising and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
•    Meet customer count and $/customer targets
