Job description

Plumbing Detailer position at large mechanical and plumbing construction company We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth. Responsibilities: Coordinating and reporting to meetings required during construction process.

Reviewing construction documents, product literature, cut sheets, and spool drawings that are clearly labeled and dimension for prefabrication. Requirements: Local Stable Work History 3+ years prior field experience in Plumbing detailing. Prior experience designing or drafting sheet metal, piping, plumbing systems, and coordinating with other trades.

Strong knowledge in: State Plumbing Building Codes, OSHA Standards, among other codes. Software knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk, Navisworks, BlueBeam, Quickpen, among others.
