Project Manager


The plumbing/piping detailer/designer works with the project team and peers to create detailed plumbing/mechanical piping models, layouts, drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) reports, and isometric spool drawings. Plumbing Solutions has an immediate need for a plumbing/piping detailer with experience in 2D CAD and 3D (preferred but not required) modeling software to join our growing company in the Rancho Santa Margarita office. Responsibilities • Create detailed plumbing/mechanical piping models, layouts, and drawings • Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) reports • Create isometric spool drawings • Create fabrication cutsheets • Identify design issues • Problem solving with peers and teammates to ensure constructability • Participate in BIM model coordination


Job Requirements • 2+ years of experience with strong 3D (preferred but not required) piping knowledge • Plumbing, Piping Detailing experience. • Demonstrated experience in AutoCAD, and 3D Modeling software (Autodesk products preferred) Revit a plus • Working knowledge of Autodesk Plant 3D software
