Job description

Senior Brand & Sponsorships Manager

3i Members is an invitation-only community of private investors who share deal flow, insights, and relationships. What started as an investment platform has become a tight-knit community where members do everything together – from investing to learning, from starting companies to building lasting relationships.

We're looking for a Senior Brand & Sponsorships Manager to lead the development and execution of our sponsorship and partnership program, and to help bring our brand, content, and events to life across the member experience. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think strategically about how partners fit into a premium community and execute on the details that make those integrations feel native rather than bolted on. You'll work cross-functionally with events, product, membership experience and marketing teams.

What You'll Do

Sponsorship & Partnership Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage brand sponsorship and partnership relationships that align with the 3i member profile and community values.
  • Build and maintain sponsorship packages, crafting compelling narratives, positioning, and proof-of-value materials for prospective partners.
  • Lead creative development for partnership activations from concept through execution, ensuring integrations feel native to the 3i experience.
  • Collaborate with the events team to bring sponsor and partner touchpoints to life across virtual and in-person programming.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, managing deliverables and maintaining strong relationships post-close.

Strategy

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop sponsorship packages informed by member needs, insights, and feedback, shaping packaging and strategy across programming, events, and activations.
  • Support the ideation, development, and execution of marketing strategy for events, member summits, and community programming.
  • Advise on sponsor programming direction for content series, including topic development, research, and speaker sourcing.

Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end production calendar for sponsor content, ensuring timely delivery across a high-volume schedule.
  • Build and maintain a system for sponsorship assets, ensuring teams have access to up-to-date materials and templates.
  • Manage relationships with freelancers, vendors, and designers, briefing, reviewing, and ensuring output meets brand standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or integrated marketing, ideally in a premium, membership, or media environment.
  • A track record of building and closing sponsorship or partnership deals, and managing them through delivery.
  • Strong creative instincts and the judgment to keep brand and partner integrations feeling premium and on-brand.
  • Excellent project management skills and comfort owning a high-volume calendar across multiple stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, cross-functional operator who can work fluidly with events, product, and marketing teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • Collaborative office environment at 41 Madison-a hub for leading founders and investors
  • Paid time off - Unlimited vacation
