Franklin Pierce University is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Director of Student Accounts in our Office of Student Financial Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a student-centered and detail-oriented professional to play a key leadership role in supporting the financial operations of Franklin Pierce University. We seek a self-motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented colleague possessing the ability to problem-solve creatively. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task while adhering to posted deadlines.
The Assistant Director of Student Accounts assists with the day-to-day operations of the Student Accounts Office, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a high level of customer service for students and families. The Assistant Director is responsible for various aspects of student billing and collections while supporting the overall mission and success of the University. Other duties include office reception duties, providing customer service and general advising regarding student accounts and financial aid in person, by phone, via online chat and by e-mail. This position is at Rindge, NH campus.
Candidates must have proven customer service skills in spoken and written mediums, and adaptability to learn new processes, software, and systems. Prior experience in a high-volume office environment and with billing/accounts receivable are preferred; experience in a collegiate setting is a plus.
Relocation is available, and while this is an on-campus position, a flexible work schedule may be possible.
