Core One is seeking a Special Security Support Technician to support the DCSA-SPO program

*This position requires TS/SCI*

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with performing a mission decomposition study of the agency to identify (agency) mission essential capabilities and task critical assets.
  • Identify and nominate Defense Critical Assets.
  • Coordinate with Continuity Program Manager to develop a map of agency mission essential functions and enabling capabilities/assets.
  • Using MA Process, conduct a risk analysis of agency task critical assets and mission essential capabilities.
  • Develop agency Risk Mitigation Plan including recommended mitigation and remediation efforts based on risk analysis.
  • Monitor and update the DCSA CATMS ServiceNow, and other systems as directed
  • Assist with the development a continuity of operations training, test, and exercise plan.
  • Assist in the training of the Emergency Relocation Group and Devolution Response Group members.
  • Draft and develop and Facilitate TT&E in support of agency Continuity Plan and TT&E Plan.
  • Incorporate evaluations, After Action Reports, and Lessons Learned in the Corrective Action Plan.
  • Draft, develop and conduct a Business Impact Analysis and Business Process Analysis and provide documentation to the Lead.
  • Monitor, maintain, and update database and rosters.
  • Develop and deliver continuity of operations related briefings.
  • Assist in the development of the continuity plan, policies, and subordinate directives.
  • Monitor and update the DCSA CATMS ServiceNow, and other systems as directed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 3-10 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Experience utilizing the DCSA CATMS and ServiceNow system
Security Clearance:
  • TS/SCI required

Salary Range: $100,00 - $104,000

The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer. Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract
