Required Clearance: Secret Clearance 
Certifications: Holds relevant cybersecurity and analytics certifications appropriate for SPLUNK-based monitoring and reporting roles, such as Splunk Core Certified Power User, Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin, Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin, or equivalent Government-recognized cybersecurity or SIEM certifications.
Required Education: BS/BA degree
Required Experience: 10 years relevant experience (an additional 4 years experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).


Position Description:  

PingWind is seeking a Consolidating/Reporting Specialist responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting cybersecurity and system data using SPLUNK to provide actionable visibility, situational awareness, and compliance reporting in support of MODES III cybersecurity operations.

Responsibilities:

   Designs, configures, and maintains SPLUNK dashboards, queries, and reports to consolidate cybersecurity, system, and operational data,
   Analyzes log data, alerts, and telemetry from multiple sources to support threat detection, operational monitoring, and cybersecurity reporting requirements.
   Develops and refines SPLUNK use cases, correlation rules, and visualizations to enhance visibility into security posture, system performance, and operational trends.
   Supports continuous monitoring and compliance reporting by producing recurring and ad hoc reports for Government stakeholders.
   Coordinates with cybersecurity analysts, incident response personnel, and system owners to validate data accuracy, investigate anomalies, and support incident analysis.
   Documents reporting methodologies, dashboard configurations, and data sources to support repeatability, auditability, and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

   Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain secret clearance.
   Holds relevant cybersecurity and analytics certifications appropriate for SPLUNK-based monitoring and reporting roles, such as Splunk Core Certified Power User, Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin, Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin, or equivalent Government-recognized cybersecurity or SIEM certifications.
