Job description

Role Overview:
This role is for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with a specialization in the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Module. The successful candidate will be responsible for ServiceNow implementation, support, administration, and configuration within enterprise or managed services environments, ensuring the platform's optimal performance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ServiceNow application and functional support, including enhancement support.
  • Perform ServiceNow platform administration, development, and configuration tasks.
  • Execute ServiceNow upgrade activities, typically occurring once every six months.
  • Remediate issues identified during upgrade activities and resolve issues in non-production environments.
  • Manage code promotion to production environments after successful testing.
  • Support operational metrics, performance, and usage monitoring of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support runbooks.
  • Provide support for OKTA/IGAM/SSO configuration within ServiceNow, including changes for new AD or BU onboarding.
  • Potentially support the setup of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) / Splunk Integration.
  • Offer IT support for creating new customized groups and mapping user entitlements.
  • Maintain license counts and forecast future licensing needs for ServiceNow.
  • Interface with ServiceNow support, raising tickets for issues and coordinating resolution.
  • Provide operational support for Business Impact Events (BIE), including Major Incident Management (MIM).
  • Administer support for onboarding new ServiceNow modules.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of IGAM/AD groups with ServiceNow users to ensure account synchronization and license optimization.

Required Skills:
  • 3-8 years of experience in ServiceNow Implementation & Support.
  • Expertise as a Risk Management Process Specialist, specifically skilled in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
  • Experience working in enterprise or managed services environments.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow application and functional support.
  • Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow platform administration, development, and configuration.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Qualifications:
  • 3-8 years of experience in ServiceNow Implementation & Support.
