Were looking for experienced, detail-oriented pros who can lead residential HVAC installations with precision and pride.

You must have:

  • 35 years of verifiable experience as a Lead Installer
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Residential Split Systems (AC & Heat Pumps)
    • Air Handlers
    • Gas Furnaces
    • Package Units
    • Ductless Mini-Split Systems
  • Valid EPA Certification
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Florida residential HVAC codes
  • Experience with communicating and inverter-driven systems (not required, but strongly preferred)
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a felony background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
