About the role
HealthFitness is seeking an energetic and passionate Cycle Instructor to join our fitness team at a premier corporate client site in Boston, MA. In this part-time role, you'll motivate and inspire participants through engaging indoor cycling classes while helping create a positive and inclusive fitness experience.
This position involves teaching one cycling class per week, with preferred scheduling during lunchtime hours, Monday through Thursday.
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe Spin/Cycling group exercise to members.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current HealthFitness approved Cycling certification required
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $55/class- $62/class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
