Reno Staffing is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Support Representative (ASR) for a well-established spice manufacturing company in South Reno!



Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM (flexible hours available)
Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour (DOE)
Location: South Reno, NV

Job Summary:
This is a great opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual looking to grow their administrative career with a stable company. The Administrative Support Representative will provide sales, administrative, and customer account support by processing orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining account records, communicating with customers and internal departments, and assisting with daily office operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders received by phone, fax, and email; accurately enter orders into the system.
  • Track orders from placement through invoicing while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and account needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.
  • Maintain customer account records and update account information as needed.
  • Process sample requests, credits, returns, and account-related documentation.
  • Assist sales representatives with customer requests, account concerns, and follow-up items.
  • Request and provide updated pricing information to customers.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with aged receivable follow-up.
  • Maintain inventory information and provide product availability updates to customers.
  • Prepare reports and maintain Excel spreadsheets as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct messages, and provide general administrative support.
  • Assist with additional office duties and projects as assigned.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
