Here’s your chance to work as part of a dynamic and challenging engineering team on the latest semiconductor technology within the Advanced Technology Development team. The ATD team creates world‑class manufacturing technologies by:

Developing new process platforms with step‑function improvements in performance and cost

Extending roadmap process technologies with new features, models and reduced costs

Creating innovative, breakthrough technologies for new markets and new products

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with technologists to ensure robust characterization solutions are available for emerging and pathfinding technologies with novel components
  • Defining test structures, architecting test solutions, and innovating new test capabilities to enable accurate and robust characterization data for technology assessment and SPICE Models across a broad range of technologies and component types
  • Partnering with design teams to align critical FoM specifications to characterization data and SPICE model simulations
  • Driving best practices & methodologies for optimal test structure design and characterization methods to ensure high‑performance technology entitlement
  • Characterizing all component types across a wide range of process, bias, temperature, and frequency
  • Building infrastructure to enable efficient characterization to support rapid learning cycle technology development
