Job Title: SharePoint Developer

Location: DC, Maryland, Virginia

Clearance: Active Public Trust good to have

Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and SharePoint Developer to support the design, development, customization, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience
with SharePoint Online/2019, strong knowledge of front-end technologies, and
the ability to develop custom workflows, forms, and solutions in a secure
government environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint solutions (Online / 2019 / 2016)|
Customize SharePoint pages, libraries, and lists using Power Platform, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SPFx
Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and PowerApps forms
Develop site templates and web parts tailored to user and agency requirements
Support migration projects from legacy systems or older SharePoint versions
Manage site collections, permissions, and governance policies
Maintain documentation and support troubleshooting, training, and user support      
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer
Strong experience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2016/2019     
Proficient in SPFx, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3
Experience creating custom SharePoint web parts and workflows
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration of external data sources
Experience working in secure, government, or regulated environments
