Responsibilities — Experienced Drybar StylistService Excellence & Technical Mastery
  • Perform Drybarquality blowouts from start to finish within the 45minute service window, maintaining consistency, polish, and brand standards
  • Execute a full range of finishing techniques including smooth, sleek, voluminous, textured, curly, glam, and eventready styles
  • Deliver highquality braids, updos, and addon services (treatments, extensions, etc.) with confidence and artistry
  • Assess hair type, texture, density, and condition to determine the best approach for each guest
  • Provide expert product recommendations that support style longevity and hair health
Guest Experience & Hospitality
  • Create a warm, upbeat, confidenceboosting experience for every guest from checkin to finish
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to understand guest preferences and deliver personalized results
  • Maintain a polished, positive presence that reflects Drybar’s luxury brand standards
  • Build loyal relationships with guests through consistency, care, and exceptional service
Professionalism & Team Culture
