Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Therapy Manager, you will be a compassionate advocate, providing assistants to patients and employees assisting patients.
Every day, you will assist employees and patients with therapy services. You will manage financial aspects of the therapy business and be responsible for the growth, marketing and performance improvement.Â
To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, strong knowledge of therapy services and highly organized
- Manages all therapy operations for assigned locations/services; enhances operational effectiveness emphasizing delivery of high quality care and financial stewardship
- Responsible for recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, development, counseling, and performance evaluation of supervisors and staff, relative to areas supervised; responsible for leadership development of supervisors; oversees clinical development of therapy staff to include orientation, competency assessment, ongoing education and training.Â
- Ensures accurate and compliant documentation, coding, billing and reimbursement; coordinates auditing of medical records and charges to ensure documentation supports reimbursement. Develops and implements policy and procedure.
- Bachelor's in Kinesiology/Exercise Science or other Physical/Occupational Therapy-related field requiredÂ
- 1- 2 years of leadership experience preferred

Where You'll WorkSt. Luke's Health - Patients Medical Center provides inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services to residents of Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte, Baytown, and Clear Lake. The facility includes 53 medical/surgical beds, eight ICU beds and three endoscopy rooms, and offers a range of primary and specialized services—wound care, general surgery, gastroenterology, occupational health, heart and vascular, women’s services, diagnostic imaging, outpatient rehab services, and sleep disorders.
