Princeton Staffing Solutions is partnering with a School District in Pasco County, FL to hire onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) for School-Based W2 contracts working 35-hours-per-week (part time hours also considered) to support Elementary or students in Wesley Chapel, FL; Holiday, FL; or New Port Richey, Florida (FL) for the 2026-2027 School Year. Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) โ€“ School-Based Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
  • Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
  • Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
  • Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
  • Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
  • Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
  • Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
  • Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
