Job description

Chatterboxes Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology is a well-established private practice, founded in 2007, with strong referral networks across Massachusetts. The team provides speech and language services to children and families in the Boston Metro, Metro West, North Shore, and South Shore regions. Service options include in-home therapy, school-based services, teletherapy, and parent coaching to meet diverse family needs. Chatterboxes operates under a sanctuary model that emphasizes lifelong learning, clinical development, work-life balance, and opportunities for growth. This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Bridgeport, CT. The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs. Daily responsibilities include direct treatment sessions, progress monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with families, caregivers, and educational teams.
