The team provides speech and language services to children and families in the Boston Metro, Metro West, North Shore, and South Shore regions. Service options include in-home therapy, school-based services, teletherapy, and parent coaching to meet diverse family needs. This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Bridgeport, CT. The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs. Daily responsibilities include direct treatment sessions, progress monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with families, caregivers, and educational teams. The role involves participating in parent coaching, coordinating care across settings, and contributing to a supportive clinical environment aligned with the sanctuary model. The Pathologist will also engage in ongoing professional development and uphold best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
