Vascular Surgeon Opportunity 40 mins from Birmingham | 1:15 from Atlanta
Position: Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon
We are seeking a motivated Vascular Surgeon to launch and lead a new comprehensive vascular surgery program. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build a full-spectrum vascular practice in a region with strong unmet demand.
Opportunity Highlights:
  • Build your own program with full institutional support and autonomy from day one
  • Significant procedural growth potential (majority of vascular cases currently referred out)
  • Immediate need for dialysis access procedures (fistula/graft creation)
  • Future growth in: Carotid interventions (including TCAR), endovascular/open aneurysm repair, venous insufficiency, PAD, and limb salvage
  • Strong support infrastructure:
    • 3 catheterization labs
    • 2D and incoming 3D C-arm with vascular package
    • Da Vinci Dv5 robotic system
    • Dedicated OR block time
  • On-site hyperbaric medicine for wound care
  • Established venous partner with sonographers, equipment, and staff
Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary + RVU productivity incentive
  • Visa sponsorship available
Ideal Candidate:
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Vascular Surgery
  • Interested in program development and building a practice
  • Open to VISA candidates
