Responsibilities

The Department of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, invites Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to apply for a full-time, one year appointment position. The Department of Family Medicine is dedicated to providing reliable, high value, patient-centered, evidence-based medicine in an innovative clinical environment that is supported by education and research. Family Medicine physicians and allied health staff practice in a team environment and serve a large and diverse community at four practice sites.

This is a one-year position and is in a continuity care practice, including population health management. Based on the interest of the applicant, there is opportunity to practice the full spectrum family medicine practice, including obstetrics/pediatrics/preventive service for all age groups, as well as acute care and hospital service responsibilities. Patient care responsibilities would be complemented by participation in education (medical school and/or residency) and research. 


Qualifications

Qualifications: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine and have or able to obtain a Minnesota Medical License.

This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties.
