Job description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is currently seeking a Part-time Occupational Health Registered Nurse to join our team in support of a federal agency clinic in Roanoke, VA.

This role offers a low-stress, mission-driven environment focused on the health and well-being of federal employees—not the general public.

Position Highlights:

  • 16 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties

  • Enjoy a collaborative setting with minimal administrative burden

  • Deliver high-quality care to those serving our nation

  • Hourly rate $39-43

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational health nursing services including employee assessments, health screenings, and immunizations

  • Support case management and return-to-work evaluations

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with federal health and safety standards

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or BSN)

  • Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory
