Associate Optometrist

What you'll do:

As the newest Associate Optometrist on the team, you'll provide comprehensive optometric care to patients of all ages, addressing a variety of visual and medical diagnoses. With a daily patient flow of 20 to 25 patients and comprehensive exams scheduled every 30 minutes, you will utilize advanced technology such as Optos, OCT, Virtual VF, ERG, IPL, Thermal Pulsation, AdaptDx, Neurolens, Keratograph, and an In-office finishing lab to deliver precise diagnoses and personalized treatment plans. Your clinical responsibilities will include vision and medical care, including managing chronic ocular disease such as diabetes, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and ocular surface disease, as well as acute medical care, such as abrasions, infections, foreign bodies, and surgical co-management. Beyond clinical work, you'll engage with the community through volunteer efforts, participation in service organizations like the Lions Club, and involvement in local events. You'll also work closely with a team of talented professionals, including opticians and administrative staff, collaborating to create a seamless and compassionate experience for each patient. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Licensed Optometrist in Missouri
