We’re an inclusive sensory gym committed to providing children of all abilities with a safe, fun, and nurturing environment to explore, play, and grow.


Our gym is designed to support strength, movement, sensory processing, communication, and social skills development. From open play to special programs and events, we’re here to make every child’s experience unforgettable!

Our business hours are 7 days a week from 9:00 AM-7:00 PM on Monday through Friday. Saturday 9:00 AM-7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.


Job Description:

Our Birthday Customer Service Coordinator will utilize our Roller software and maintain a strong understanding of all We Rock the Spectrum services, programs, events, and pricing. The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment for all families and visitors.


This role oversees inventory management for cleaning supplies, office supplies, birthday party materials, and Rock Shop merchandise, while maintaining vendor information and ensuring the gym is well-stocked and professionally presented. The Coordinator also manages all aspects of birthday party operations, including reservations, waivers, deposits, confirmations, and guest communication to ensure a seamless experience.


The Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for families, staff, and community partners by answering emails and phone calls, promoting programs and events, coordinating staff meetings, participating in marketing and community outreach efforts, and communicating operational needs with the Manager and Owner. This position requires flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and special events, as well as the ability to work with children of varying needs and abilities while providing exceptional customer service and support.


The Bday Customer Service Coordinator role is a Part Time role about 25 hours a week at the We Rock The Spectrum in Oak Creek, WI.

  • Inventory of Gym needs cleaning supplies and birthday party items
  • Update inventory sheets, vendor/suppliers, cleaning products, office supplies
  • Appearance of Rock Shop, upkeep of inventory, product ordering and overall maintenance if gym
  • Oversight of the birthday parties including reservations sheets and terms, add on , waivers, updates with emails, confirmations, Check deposits and smooth running of party procedures.
  • Contact and update CLTS families when funds are active
  • Coordinate monthly staff meetings
  • Marketing Meetings
  • Communication with Manager/Owner on changes in staffing hours and or concerns at gym
  • Ability to work with all Respite Children with a variety of needs.
  • Able to work all shifts including opening and closing hours including weekends.
  • Proficient in Roller and all operations of the gym
  • Promotion services including classes at WRTS and events at Tender Touch Therapy/MSS
  • Attending meetings and community events
  • Answering all emails and phone calls
  • Positive and excellent customer service to all attendees of WRTS
