Job Title : Call Center Representative
Location : San Diego, CA
Duration : 6 Months Contract to Hire
Work Schedule:
  1. M-F 8a-6pm
  2. 1130-8pm and possible weekends
  3. Candidates need to be flexible to work all schedules to help with business need
  4. Work on-site at: 8520 Tech Way San Diego

Experience:
  1. Call Center Experience - Required
  2. Min of 6-month recent call center experience
  3. More experience in health call centers - the better
  4. Looking for candidates who have long term assignments, not short stints.
  5. Knowledge of current matters relating to health maintenance organizations, performance management, and customer satisfaction assessment and delivery.
  6. Basic computer and writing skills
  7. Have worked in an environment that requires them to meet KPI's
  8. Sharp has strict KPI's the workers must meet to stay in compliance with their position
  9. Understanding HIPPA compliance, Medicare, service recovery, fast-paced environment, experience with handling grievance cases
  10. Experience in taking between 60-80 calls a day
  11. Epic Experience preferred
  12. Investigatory skills - researching and looking into inquiries
  13. TalkDesk - preferred

Education
  1. HS diploma - Required

Training Schedule:
  1. Phase 1 of training: 6 weeks and on site (Spectrum)
  2. Phase 2 of training: 1-2 weeks; on site (Tech Way) - they will be on the phone
  3. Needs to be able to come to Spectrum for training (830-5pm) DAILY
  4. Training will be held at ( 8695 Spectrum Center BLVD San Diego )
