• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday (flexible)
• Call Type: Rotational (telephone call only)

PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Full spectrum (Pediatrics to Geriatrics)
• Patient Volume/Census: 15-30 patients/day
• Phone Consults: Yes
• Case Mix: General outpatient family/internal medicine
FACILITY INFORMATION
• EMR System: EPIC - HIMSS Stage VII certified
• Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient clinic tools

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a full spectrum of patients
• See 15-30 patients per day
• Participate in 1:10 phone call rotation
• Maintain documentation using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with supportive system physicians and primary care providers
• Contribute to system-wide growth in an expanding health network
