Job description

4-day work week | No deliveries unless already onsite | Experienced physician role     

This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Summary

Join a well-established, clinic-only OB/GYN team providing comprehensive women’s health care without hospital call responsibilities. This full-scope practice includes clinic patients, scheduled surgeries, and planned deliveries, with no requirement to leave clinic for deliveries and opportunities to read ultrasounds. Physicians also have the opportunity to engage in academic teaching with medical students and residents.

Schedule

  • Full-time | 4 days per week | Onsite – St. Cloud, MN
    Day shifts | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • No hospital call; deliveries occur only when already at the hospital for rounds or procedures

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $350,000 - $490,000 per year

    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Eligible for Minnesota medical license
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in full-spectrum OB/GYN

Preferred:

  • Interest in teaching residents and medical students
  • Experience in clinic-centric OB/GYN practice models
