Location: Brooklyn, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual Family Physician to join our mission-driven outpatient clinic serving a diverse population in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves delivering comprehensive primary care across all age groups in a culturally competent and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full-spectrum primary care (pediatrics to geriatrics)
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform routine exams, screenings, and preventive care
  • Order and interpret lab work and imaging
  • Document visits in EMR and support care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement and team collaboration
Requirements:
  • MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active NY medical license, DEA, and BLS
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • At least 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with occasional rotating Saturday clinics
