Specification information

What is a job specification?

A job specification is a detailed document that outlines the skills, qualifications, experience, and attributes required for a specific role. It helps employers define the ideal candidate and guides recruitment and selection processes. Job specifications often include educational requirements, technical skills, and personal qualities necessary for successful performance.
