Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Experience working in Agile environments including Scrum or SAFe.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools such as Lucidchart.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data mapping.
  • Strong understanding of billing systems in the P&C insurance domain.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical teams.

Experience:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments.
  • Hands-on experience with insurance billing systems and P&C domain processes.
  • Experience with Guidewire BillingCenter or similar billing platforms preferred.
  • Experience supporting Agile project delivery and backlog management.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops and working sessions.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization aligned with Agile methodologies.
  • Analyze production or business issues and perform root cause analysis.
