Job Description Summary
Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; sells coffee; conducts coffee grinding and operates brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; prepares and serves a variety of coffee drinks, along with premade food items.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum three (3) months related experience
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate required

A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency:

  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients

  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
