This role will be conducted in a fully remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your own home. Although the majority of interactions are virtual, our team is connected through regular meetings, training sessions, and collaborative discussions. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, skillfully identifying their mental health needs to create tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on client needs and progress.
• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and maximize beneficial outcomes for clients.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute distress, employing therapeutic skills and compassion to manage emergencies effectively.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs that promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma, fostering a supportive community environment.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Health Link Now Wellness Clinic, you will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A demonstrated ability to exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity in client interactions, enhancing overall treatment experiences.
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
• Familiarity with treatment protocols related to addiction and substance use disorders, particularly given our affiliation with a detox center.
• Prior involvement in community mental health initiatives or educational programs aimed at promoting mental wellness.
