Job description
T3i is looking for a full time Technical Support Operations (TSO) Instructor. The STCO Instructor will be able to teach all aspects of the MARSOC SOF Tactical Cyber - Technical Surveillance Course and be responsible for managing a cadre of SME instructors to provide instruction for all course/program objectives. They will also provide inputs on course materials, curriculum, training school sequence and methods of delivery to support training program objectives. This position is contingent on the award of a government contract to T3i.
Responsibilities:
- The contractor shall provide SOF Tactical Cyber (STCO)/Technical Support Operations (TSO) Instructors to augment Government instructor and administrative staff for training requirements. Contractor personnel shall be capable of instructing in all aspects within the SOF Tactical Cyber - Technical Surveillance Course POI, to include SOF Cyber Basics, Publicly Available Information Scrapping, Surveillance – 802.11 / Bluetooth Survey, Method of Entry, Close Target Reconnaissance, Cyber Operations, Basic Electronics, and Commercial off the Shelf Construction. The contractor shall ensure that all personnel are fully qualified and that all SMEs are abreast of current and emerging technologies, are tactical and technology proficient in the latest Techniques, Tactics and Procedures (TTPs) related to the core tasks of the MARSOC Tactical Cyber, Technical Surveillance Operations, and MRTC Special Operations Forces Level I Special Reconnaissance Course.

T3i Drug Free Workplace Statement: As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards. To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full time, part time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel.
