Under guidance from the Superintendent and Chief of Staff, collaboratively lead all Beeville ISD federal & special programs with district staff, regional, national and global partners to formulate, develop, implement, and evaluate resources that will benefit EC-12 students.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree
Master's degree
Valid TX Administrator's Certificate
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of federal and special programs guidelines and requirements
Ability to interpret and utilize data when developing the federal and special programs vision
Ability to plan and organize District and community involvement events
Strong technology skills, e.g., Office Suite, Hardware and Software applications
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
Two years of experience in federal and special programs management
