Job description

Essential Functions:

· Manage daily F&B for the front of the house and back of the house operations, delegating and assigning duties and responsibilities to staff members and monitoring their performance to ensure the accurate and timely service, superior levels of performance and dependable and friendly service to external and internal clients.

· Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues, and continuously enhance the overall dining experience.

· Assist with weekly front of house inventory and purchasing to maintain proper levels of product and controlling costs.

· Schedule team member shifts, considering peak mealtimes and special events to provide adequate coverage and efficient service.

· Review team member timecards for accuracy and manage labor costs.

· Develop dining room floor plans for meal periods which includes server stations, delegating side work responsibilities, checking out servers prior to end of shift; assist management with weekly front of the house inventory and placing orders.

· Oversee execution of daily cleaning and deep cleaning schedule to ensure the cleanliness standards are met and proper equipment maintenance and cleaning are completed.

· Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members’ skills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Create and implement team member appreciation and incentive programs.

· Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventories.

· Assist with social media content to promote special events.

· Assist in the operational execution and management of special events providing exceptional customer service and memorable experiences for guests.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

· Associate must be able to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day.

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

· Micros POS System experience preferred

· Knowledge of the proper etiquette and service standards.

· Basic math skills.

· High school diploma and prior experience working in customer service.

· English language and professional communications skills are required.

· Ability to take direction.

· Ability to work in a team environment.

· Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

· Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized.

· Commitment to quality service, food and beverage knowledge.

· Knowledge of Banquets.
