NASCAR partnerships coordinator

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Travel Requirements: This position requires up to30% domestic travel - during NASCAR season.

Position Overview

The NASCAR Partnerships Coordinator will support the execution of CELSIUS Holdings' NASCAR partnership portfolio across both the CELSIUS and Rockstar Energy Drink brands. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day partnership operations, managing deliverables, supporting race weekend activations, maintaining partnership documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for motorsports, sports marketing, and brand partnerships.

This role is responsible for making day-to-day operational decisions that ensure successful partnership execution, including managing timelines, coordinating logistics, tracking deliverables, and resolving routine executional issues.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sports marketing, partnership marketing, event management, or sponsorship activation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience working with professional sports teams, agencies, or properties is preferred.
  • Passion for NASCAR and motorsports is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively during the NASCAR season, including weekends.
  • Excellent relationship building and people skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Execution & Asset Management - Manage NASCAR partnerships, track assets, maintain calendars, and ensure all obligations are met on time. 
  • Race Weekend Operations & Event Execution - Support planning and on-site execution of race activations, hospitality, and events, including logistics and guest management. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with internal teams to maximize NASCAR assets and support marketing, retail, and activation needs. 
  • Communication & Relationship Management - Coordinate with teams, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up. 
  • Budget & Administrative Support - Assist with POs, invoices, budget tracking, vendor payments, and documentation. 
  • Reporting & Measurement - Collect metrics, support recaps, organize data, and assist with performance reporting.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
