Overview

We are seeking a Reference Librarian for a reputable law firm in Syracuse. This person will be responsible for providing both legal and non-legal research assistance to the firm's attorneys, billing time to clients as well as educating attorneys on the best use of the provided items.

Responsibilities
  • Provide reference assistance across many practice areas
  • Understand the library collection and how to utilize online database resources
  • Work across teams
  • Process invoices
  • Assist summer associates with pre-onboarding communication
  • Work with attorneys through multiple forms of communication across regional locations
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Library/Information Science
  • 3+ years of experience preferred
