Distributes and delivers department orders. Assists with departmental inventory control. Assists in duties as assigned by Supervisor or Supply Distribution/Inventory Clerk-SPD on Pyxis or Receiving.

Ability to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner, Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines

Essential Responsibilities

1.Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.2.Consistently reports to work on time.3.Refill supplies to par level, as needed on all Pyxis stations using the refill procedure and using stock out reports and critical low reports.4.Makes scheduled and unscheduled supply deliveries, completing all corresponding paperwork.5.Demonstrates cost effectiveness with handling of supplies, i.e.: rotating stock to ensure use of items prior to outdate.6.Receives packers of stock shipments in the Materials Management Computer System, noting exceptions to packing slips and notifying the appropriate personnel.7.Pick the department supply orders from Pyxis.8.Assists with problem solving with nursing unit staff pertaining to medical supply issues.9.Stock shelves of all received supplies and rotate all stock before it is put on shelf.
