Fenix Group SPC is seeking to a hire full-time Production Associate to help us to help us read order tickets and mix batches of paints & coating products.

A Day in the Life of a Production Associate

You'll spend your day producing batches of coatings products by reading order tickets, locating raw materials, and operating mixing equipment while meeting company standards for quality. 


What You Will Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC

  • To be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical Requirement: Expect frequent walking and standing,  lifting (up to 50-60 pounds), dropping drums as part of your day.
  • Maintain stamina and focus while standing for extended periods.
  • A passionate & positive "can do" attitude and willingness to learn. We train all of our Production Associates onsite on our processes and procedures.
  • An ability to work within a team environment and help the team become better.
  • Uphold and advocate for a safe compliant work environment.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:00pm with a hour lunch, plus two paid breaks daily.
