Job Description:

Skyway Precision Inc., a family-based company headquartered in Plymouth, MI, is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team at our Platteville, WI location. The CNC Operator is responsible for performing all aspects of production machining required to produce quality products at an acceptable level.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Perform all job requirements of a machine operator, including SPC charting, gage usage, and proper tagging of discrepant material
  • Complete SPC and work instructions pertaining to manufacturing at the time measurements are taken
  • Maintain tools and gaging provided, ensuring proper care and maintenance
  • Produce at a minimum of 80% efficiency
  • Ensure all material meets or exceeds quality requirements
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and complete production control charts daily
  • Adhere to company safety and health policies
  • Support compliance with quality policies and procedures
  • Follow general safety rules, procedures, and regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of assigned work areas and machines
  • Perform special assignments as delegated

Education/Work Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Manufacturing
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
