Job Summary:

The Bilingual Resident Leasing Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless living experience for our prospects and residents. The focus is on providing exceptional phone communication in both English and Spanish, answering incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries with professionalism, and actively promoting resident satisfaction through outstanding phone interactions. Effective communication and critical thinking skills are paramount for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly (ability to speak fluent Spanish when needed)
  • Courteously address inquiries from prospective and current residents with the utmost professionalism
  • Market the vacant apartment homes         
  • Book tours, process applications, send leases
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette, ensuring a positive and helpful experience for all callers

Leasing Support:

  • Address prospects' inquiries regarding unit availability, pricing, and leasing procedures

Scheduling:

  • Coordinate property tours and schedule move-ins
  • Ensure tour schedule organization and availability of units

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time walk properties and steps

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High school or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of property management and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with Appfolio, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams is preferred

Skills and Traits:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak fluent Spanish
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on resident satisfaction and building positive relationships

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Weekends as needed including some holidays
